The Details:

The TAE40122 qualification equips individuals with the essential skills and knowledge needed to become effective trainers and assessors in vocational education and corporate training settings. It encompasses competencies in designing and delivering training programs, assessing learner competency, and maintaining quality assurance in training delivery.

Please Note that this qualification requires you to deliver practical demonstrations of you conducting training and assessment sessions with groups of learners in person, as well as various other practical tasks where you will need to engage with others. These sessions need to be recorded and submitted as evidence. Please ensure you have the ability to meet this criteria before enrolling in this qualification.

 Entry Requirements

Those entering this qualification must be able to demonstrate vocational competence in their proposed training and assessing area. Vocational competence is defined as broad industry knowledge and experience, and may include, but is not limited to, holding a relevant unit of competency or qualification.
